You will configure your platform and create courses for your learners in four easy steps:

Step 1: Get Started 

• Log in and orient yourself with your Admin Tools and course templates

• Learn about our platform by reviewing our Getting Started quick guide which includes: 

  • Welcome to BenchPrep and Product Suite Overview

  • Key Terms and Definitions to help familiarize yourself with the BenchPrep Product Suite

  • User Roles and Permissions to identify the decision-makers & stakeholders who can push your digital transformation forward and get them onboard.

• Review Learner Access Methods and begin thinking about how your learners will access their courses 

Step 2: Configure your Platform in Console

• Login/navigate to Console and review the Platform and Configuration Quick Guide

• Configure your platform Settings in Console

  • Configure the Look and Feel (Branding) of your platform

    • Set your brand colors

    • Upload your logo and icon (if applicable)

    • Configure your footer

    • Configure your landing page

    • Setup Locales

  • Configure Tenant Details (Custom URLs)  (if applicable)

  • Configure your Roles and Permissions (if applicable)

Step 3: Create and Manage Learning Products within BluePrint

• Login/navigate to Course Template 4 in the learning app and review Introduction to Learner Experience through Webapp quick guide to familiarize yourself with the learner experience of a BenchPrep Course

• Login/navigate to Blueprint and review BluePrint Overview, BluePrint Tutorial, and BluePrint Course Navigation and Key Terms and Definitions quick guides before getting started

• Decide if you want to create a BenchPrep Course or Asset-Based Course

• Create your first course, review Course Creation Workflows

  • Add your content (reference Benchprep Course Resources or Asset-Based Course Resources)

  • Configure course Feature Accesses

• Publish and test your course

Step 4: Launch Readiness

• Configure your learner access method

• Optional - Acknowledgement Modal

• Test the entire end learner journey

• Collect and Implement Feedback

• List the course on your marketing website and go live!
