1. Intro to Console Analytics

The Analytics section of Console includes the following in-app, interactive and comprehensive dashboards and reports:  User Dashboard, Psychometric Dashboard, Utilization Dashboard, as well as our Standard Reports section.

 

User Dashboard
The User Dashboard section shows progress and performance data at the user level for any users you have permission to view. The dashboard includes metrics such as total enrollments, average test scores, course progress, and more. Additionally, detailed individual performance can be viewed in the User Detail Dashboard and the User Course Detail Dashboard for in-depth insights into specific courses and user activities.

Who can access: Console admins and users with a custom role with 'read:reports' permission. The data is scoped to the user's access context. 

 

Psychometric Dashboard

The Psychometric Dashboard offers detailed insights into exam and item-level engagement, including metrics such as exam scores, performance distribution, and learner confidence levels, scoped to the level of permissions for your account. 

Who can access: Console admins and users with a custom role with 'read:psychometric_dashboard' permission. The data is tenant level only, cannot be scoped. 

Utilization Dashboard

The Utilization Dashboard tracks learner engagement and platform usage. Graphs and charts visualize data such as study session durations, exam performance, and user retention. The dashboard also offers filtering options for deeper data analysis and provides trend tracking for various metrics. 

Who can access: Console admins and users with a custom role with ''read:usage_dashboard' permission. The data is tenant level only, cannot be scoped. 

 

The Standard Reports

The Standard Reports section includes downloadable data reports focusing on different data points throughout the platform. 

Who can access: Standard reports are only available to users with a Console Admin role. The data is tenant level only, cannot be scoped. 

 

Branch Dashboard

The Branch Reporting section displays branch level data for customers who utilize our Enterprise Engine offering. The dashboard offers a comprehensive overview of progress and performance data specific to a branch or group within the platform. Metrics include enrollments, course progress, test scores, and more. 

Who can access: Console admins and users with a custom role with 'read:reports' permissions. The data is scoped to the user's access context. 

 

Test Reports Dashboard

The Test Reports Dashboard section displays detailed test attempt data that can be scoped to courses, users and attempt date range.  

Who can access: Console admins and users with a custom role with 'read:test_reports' permissions. The data is scoped to the user's access context. Additionally, "Enable Test Reports Dashboard in Console Analytics" feature access needs to be turned ON.
