  • What is the replication process for materials?
During the replication process, all materials uploaded will be replicated from one course to another or from a bank course into an associated course.

  • Can I view how many times a material has been downloaded?
No, we do not capture or store data on the number of downloads.

  • Why is my bulk upload not working?
If your bulk upload isn't working check the following:
    - Ensure the file names listed in the CSV file exactly match the filenames in the ZIP folder.
    - Compare the files and look for any discrepancies, such as typos or extra spaces. Mismatches can cause the upload to fail.
    - Confirm that all files referenced in the CSV are included in the ZIP folder
If you continue to experience issues, log a support ticket including the CSV and ZIP files and our team can investigate the issue further!
