Instructor materials are only accessible through BluePrint.  Instructors will only see Materials if they have an applicable role assigned and if the Feature Access Enable Student and Instructor Materials is enabled at applicable level.  This Feature Access is controllable at the Tenant, Course, and Branch level.

A user with a custom role containing the following permissions can access BluePrint to view materials:

• Access BluePrint
• Read Materials

Depending on the scope of the role (tenant or custom package) the user will be able to see all uploaded materials

1. Click on Materials on the left-hand navigation menu.
   
2. The BluePrint Materials Courses page lists uploads this user has access to view. The list consists of Course ID and Course Name. Use the search feature to locate the material you would like to view. 
   
3. Next, select the course to access the materials.
   
4. Select the file you wish to access and click the download icon.
   
5. After the successful download you will be able to access and view the material.
