1. Intro to Branch Plans

Branch plans are a type of plan used to provide members of a branch with course access for a specific period of time. Branch members do not need to take any action to receive course access - an admin authorizes them for their course(s) by adding them to the branch plan. 

 

Console admins can create and manage branch plans for their entire tenant. Both Console admins and branch managers (with applicable permissions) can add/remove branch members from a branch plan.
