Favicon Best Practices

A Favicon is a graphic image (an icon) associated with a particular web page and/or web site.  It is used as a visual reminder of the Web site identity in the address bar or in tabs.

 


You can upload a favicon icon (.ico format)  via Look and Feel section in Console. Click here to learn how to manage branding for your tenant. Note: 16x16px, 32x32px or 48x48px image size is required. A size of 32x32px is recommended.

 

To convert a .png or .jpg image into .ico file type, you can use the following free online resource:  https://favicon.io/favicon-converter
 

  1. Drag and drop the file you would like to convert into the converter box.
  2. Click Download button. 
  3. A zip file containing the .ico file will be downloaded.
