How do I turn Learning Hub on?

• Toggle Enable general access to Learning Hub ON in Tenant Dashboard or Console
  • Tenant Dashboard:
    • Users with the Tenant Admin role can access the feature in the Manage Features Section.
  • Console:
    • Users with the Admin role or any custom role with the Update Tenant permission can access the feature from Settings > Feature Access

How do I turn the Browse page on?

• In Tenant Dashboard, toggle Enable the Browse page in Learning Hub ON at the Tenant level.
  • You can toggle the feature at the Institution level as well, to control each Institution's access to the Browse page.
    

How do I let users redeem vouchers?

• You can enable a "Redeem a Voucher" button by toggling Enable Voucher Redemption in Learning Hub feature access. 

  

   

Is Learning Hub available on mobile?

• Yes, Learning Hub is mobile responsive.

Is Learning Hub available in multiple languages?

• Yes, users can change the language from the top right of Learning Hub. Note: Course descriptions will appear in their original language unless you have translated them.

Can individuals without an account browse courses?

• Currently, Learning Hub is not publicly accessible. A BenchPrep account is necessary to view Learning Hub and use the Browse page.  However, a user can have an active BenchPrep account without having access to a course - please note that, depending upon the terms of your agreement, these individuals may count as users. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager for more information.

How do I hide a course from the Browse page?

1. Locate your Course in Console (Learning > Courses).

2. Navigate to the Configuration section.
   
3. Toggle Display In Browse OFF.
   
4. Click Save.

How do I sell a course from another website?

1. Setting up a Paid BenchPrep Course or Asset-Based Course

1. Locate your Course in Console (Learning > Courses)
2. Set Purchase Type to Display with External Link. 
3. Add the External Link for purchase location.
4. Toggle Display on Browse to On.
   
5. Click Save.
