Creating an Administrative Division & Administrative Division Supervisor 

 

You can create an Administrative Division within Tenant Dashboard by following these steps:


  1. Select Administrative Division on the left-hand navigation

  2. Click New Administrative Division

  3. Enter name

    1. External ID can be left blank

  4. Click Create

  5. Once your Administrative Division is created, you will be taken to the details page.

  6. You will notice that there are no Districts or Division Supervisors created yet.

  7. Next, we will create an Administrative Division Supervisor, a District and a Division Supervisor. 
     

To create an Administrative Division Supervisor follow these steps:
 

  1. Select New User from the Tenant Dashboard Users section
  2. Fill in Name and Email field. Leave Password field blank - doing so will trigger an account activation email to the Administrative Division Supervisor to set up their account. 
  3. Under Report Organization, search for the respective Administrative Division (if applicable)
    1. If your organization is not using Administrative Divisions, skip this step​​​​​​
  4. Select Division Supervisor as the role type
  5. Click Create

 

Creating a District & District Supervisor or District Admin

You can create an Administrative Division within Tenant Dashboard by following these steps:
 

  1. Select Districts on the left-hand navigation
  2. Click New District
  3. Fill in the Name field
    1. You can leave UUID field blank
    2. Link to the Administrative Division you've already created by searching for it in the dropdown menu
  4. Click Create
  5. User will be directed to the District details page
    1. Link to your Administrative Division will be provided
    2. Link to Institutions (not yet set setup) and District Supervision users (not yet setup) will populate once created
  6. Click on the hyperlink to access your Administrative Division to confirm that your District created displays below that Administrative Division

 

To create a District Supervisor or District Admin follow these steps:
 

  1. Select New User from the Tenant Dashboard Users section
  2. Fill in Name and Email field. Leave Password field blank - doing so will trigger an account activation email to the Administrative Division Supervisor to set up their account
  3. Under Report Organizations, search for the respective Administrative Division (if applicable). If your organization is not using Administrative Divisions, skip this step
  4. Next, search for your respective District
  5. Check the box next to the role you are assigning, then click Create
  6. At this time, the admin will receive an email with account activation steps!
