BenchPrep's B2B Hierarchy
To help your B2B partners organize their users, BenchPrep has built out a tiered system of "buckets" to group users, instructors, and facilities together.
You are not required to utilize all the tiers within the hierarchy. However, tiers can't be skipped. For example, a Group cannot be placed directly into a District. Instead, the Institution the Group belongs to should be linked to the District.
BenchPrep's Applications
BenchPrep has four separate applications outlined in the table below.

User roles control who has access to which applications, as outlined in the table below:

Tenant Admins have access to the Tenant Dashboard responsible for back-end support (i.e. creation of any user type, institution set-up, feature management). |

Administrative Division Supervisor |
Boost Dashboard |
Access to the Boost Dashboard and is able to see high-level data for the admin division they're part of. Unless the "Full Access to Student & Group Reports" box is checked, they won't be able to see the Student Reports or Group Reports tabs. |

Access to the Boost Dashboard to see high-level data for the district they're part of. Unless the "Full Access to Student & Group Reports" box is checked, they won't be able to see the Student Reports tab. |
