Please note that not all exams can be reset. Admins must check which category the exam is in if a learner cannot reset.
 
Multiple Tests in a Course
 
To reset multiple tests, go to the Test dashboard and click Reset All Tests in the right-hand corner.

 
 
Single Test in a Course

To reset an individual test, click on that test and then Reset Test in the right-hand corner above the test score.
 

 
Note: If a test needs to be reset, and a learner cannot reset their own, you can reset individual tests via Console. To learn more, click here.

How do I reset Practice Questions?

Reset all Questions

To reset all question categories, go to the Practice dashboard and click Reset All Questions in the right-hand corner.

Reset Single Category

To reset an individual Practice Category, click on the Practice dashboard and then select which category you want to reset.

After you have selected the category click on Reset Category in the right-hand corner.
