If the end user is experiencing loading issues or needs to clear cookies and cache post a reset, tell the user to follow these steps:
Note: Ensure end user is using Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer browser (versions 10 and above only).
1. Click on the person icon in the upper-right-hand corner
2. Select help from the drop-down list
3. Select here under A portion of my course is not loading, what should I do? section
This will clear cookies and cache and reload the course for optimal performance.
