On the desired user’s detail page, click on the More button and then select Activate from the drop-down list.
In the Users tab, click on the name of the user you want to edit. On their details page, click the More dropdown button and then select the Assign as Instructor button. Note that this will make this user an instructor, but it does not automatically assign them to a group.
