BenchPrep’s Download Exam & Practice Summary Reports feature gives learners the ability to generate detailed, real-time reports of their performance in practice and exams. 
 

While the Transcript feature already provides a helpful view of overall course progress, this reporting option offers even more depth by including category-level practice results and detailed exam performance. Learners have access to richer insights they can use to track progress, share with administrators, or keep for their own study records.

The feature is managed at the course level and is turned OFF by default. Admins can enable it per course in Blueprint. Follow these steps to turn it on.
 

Once enabled, learners will see a Download Report button on both the Practice Dashboard and Exam Dashboard, making it simple to generate a PDF at any time.
 

• Practice Reports Summary will show real-time performance across all categories and subcategories in the Practice Dashboard.
  
• Exam Reports Summary will show real-time performance across all exams. If enabled, past Exam Score Reports will also display, giving learners a complete picture of their progress over time.
  

Reports are generated as PDFs and contain:

• Learner’s name
• Printed date
• Course title
• Logo (contact Support if your logo doesn’t appear)
• Watermark
• Individual performance results
• Exam Score Reports (if the Previous Score Reports feature is enabled)
