At BenchPrep, we take data privacy and security seriously. As a fully compliant data processor, we are committed to safeguarding your Personal Data and ensuring it is handled responsibly. 

As such, we only Process (which includes but is not limited to, collection, recording, storage, use, access, disclosure, transmission, and transfer of Personal Data) Personal Data in accordance with the instructions of and on behalf of Data Controller, as necessary to carry out the purposes of the Agreement  or as otherwise authorized by Data Controller in writing and for no other purpose. 

We do not engage in the sale (i.e., “share” under certain Applicable Data Protection Laws) of Personal Data as defined by Applicable Data Protection Laws, nor we combine Personal Data with any other Personal Data held by or accessible to Service Provider to provide services to any other entity or customer. 

To maintain full transparency, we provide a detailed list of our subprocessors within our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), where applicable, and Master Service Agreements (MSAs). This ensures our customers are fully informed about our compliance and any third parties involved in supporting our services.
