Use the Course Progress dropdown to filter your courses by the following course states:

  • Not Started
  • In Progress
  • Completed

Course progress is determined by the Study Plan progress within the course. If a Study Plan is not used it is determined by the number of content items completed with the course divided by available content items. The Progress column indicates the course states as well.

If a course has a certificate a Contains a Certificate checkbox appears allowing you to view courses that have a certificate.  The Certificate Achieved column indicates whether a certificate has earned (Yes/No) and the Certificate Achieved Date displays the date the certificate was earned.

If a course has recognitions a Contains Recognitions checkbox appears allowing you to view courses that have recognitions. BenchPrep’s Recognitions functionality allows learners to earn credits or Credly badges upon achieving specified criteria. This functionality is Coming Soon!
The Recognitions column lists the recognitions that have been set up as well as the unit and Last Recognition Earned Date column displays the date the last recognition has been earned.

Your Transcript page will show the available filters, depending on the courses you are enrolled in. Configure your view options using Course Progress, Contains a Certificate (if available) and Contains a Recognition (if available) checkboxes to modify data you would like to see.

NOTE: Depending on filter configurations you might see N/A or
N/A indicates that the course doesn’t fall within the criteria and - symbol indicates that the criteria hasn’t been achieved yet.
