Who can apply branding to a branch?

• A Console admin, or a user with a custom role containing permissions below can access the Look & Feel option to configure branding:
  • Manage Branding
  • Read branches
  • Update branches 

I want to apply the same branding to branches within my hierarchy, do I have to configure it for every branch?

• No, uploading the same branding is not necessary!  Simply apply the branding you want to the top level branch.  The branding will cascade down to all of the children branches. 

I’ve applied branding via Tenant Dashboards Client Organization functionality. How does that work with the branch branding capabilities?

• All branding applied via Client Organizations still applies.  Note that you will not see the custom branding (colors and icons) reflected within the Look and Feel section for the respective branch in Console. The branch will appear as having default branding (tenant or parent branch) even though the Client Organization’s branding is in effect. When/if any modification is made to the branding in Console and the Publish button is clicked, the client organization’s branding will no longer be applied and the branch will apply the branding configured via Console.
