Applying Branching to a Branch

To configure branding for a specific branch, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Console and select Branches
  2. Locate a Branch you would like to work with
  3. Select the Settings button
  4. Select the Look and Feel option

NOTE: A warning will display for branches that do not have a custom branding applied. These branches inherit branding from their parent branch or tenant.
  5. Select Primary and Secondary colors for this branch by entering the hex code or by clicking the color dot to pull up a color picker
    1. Primary color: main color of the platform (e.g., buttons, active navigational elements, icons, and more)
    2. Secondary color: accent color used throughout the platform (e.g., User Portal headers)
  6. Upload your Color and White Logos that will appear to learners in the top-left corner of the Learning platform and Learning hub. They’ll also appear in Console for administrators.
    1. NOTE: If you want to use a White Logo with a contrasting background color, reach out to your BenchPrep representative to set this as the default. While you can upload the logo, BenchPrep will need to configure the CSS branding.
    2. Make sure to follow our Best Practices for SVG Files guide.
  7. Upload the Color PNG Logo to configure logo in emails (ie. registration and confirmation emails)
  8. Upload your icon files in the Icons section
    1. The Favicon appears in the browser tab
      1. .ico file type is required. Follow our Favicon Best Practices guide for more information
    2. The Mobile Icon will act as a shortcut if the site is saved to a learner’s mobile home screen or browse
  9. Click the Publish button.  A confirmation modal will appear, select Publish when ready to apply the branding.

Removing Branding from a Branch

To remove branding from a specific branch, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Console and select Branches
  2. Locate a Branch you would like to work with
  3. Select the Settings button
  4. Select the Look and Feel option
  5. Select the Remove button
  6. A confirmation modal will appear, review the warning message and select Remove when ready. Select Cancel if you do not want to proceed with removing the branding and exit out of the modal.
If you decide to Remove custom branch branding, the branch you are removing branding from will inherit branding from the parent branch or tenant until custom branding is applied for this branch again.
