Console Analytics gives you visibility into learner progress, performance, and engagement across your programs.

Instead of relying on multiple legacy reports or datasets, all analytics are now available directly in Console. The experience is designed to help you move from high-level insights to individual learner details in just a few clicks.

You can use analytics to:

  • Monitor progress across learners and groups
  • Evaluate performance on assessments and activities
  • Identify trends and areas where learners may need support
  • Export data for reporting or deeper analysis

The data is available throughout Console at different levels, including learners, groups, branches, and courses, so you can move from high-level trends to detailed insights. It includes key metrics such as enrollments, course progress, activity, and assessment performance, with the ability to filter, drill down, and export data as needed. Access to analytics is based on your role and permissions, ensuring that you only see data relevant to your assigned scope.

Console analytics only displays the data of active learners.  Learners that are inactive or have expired enrollments are not included in the analytics data.

Dive into the analytics experience in Console in the BenchPrep Analytics in Console article.

The Standard Reports section includes downloadable data reports focusing on different data points throughout the platform.

The standard reports are only available to users with a Console Admin role. The data is tenant level only, cannot be scoped.
