Granting Course Access to Users

As the course Admin, you'll need to decide a process by which a learner can access their course(s). BenchPrep offers three main ways to guide your learners and access your products.

1. Free Plans - Do not require a voucher and a user can access courses at any time. Once you create a free plan, learners can go to your marketing URL to enter their credentials or log in to redeem access to the courses in the plan. To learn more about this process follow this link to see the step-by-step guide to create a Free plan.

2. Voucher Redemption - Allow you to create and distribute vouchers that your learners can redeem for course access. A voucher tied to a Plan grants access to all the courses in the Plan at that time. In other words, you can set an expiration date on the voucher. This process is ideal when you have a bulk amount of users you wish to enroll. To learn more about this process follow this link to see the step-by-step guide to create a Voucher Redemption plan.

3. E-mail Registration - You can also manually create & enroll an individual user to a course. This process is an ideal solution for a very limited amount of users that need access. When you create a user and assign them a role the user will be notified via email of their account access. In the email, they can complete their registration (i.e., set up their own password). To learn more about this process follow this link to see the step-by-step guide to Create a User plan.
