Aggregate Deep Learner and User Insights: Investigate Learner Engagement and Traffic

The BenchPrep Data Suite and the Analyst Workspace allow you to learn more about your users on the platform.  The modality, session length, and frequency data, as well as page and course traffic data provided allow you to better understand how much time users are spending in the platform. 

 

These data provide insight into where users are spending their time. Additionally, page and course traffic data provide you with the ability to understand what is driving learners toward particular courses and content elements within the platform, too.

 

Here are some questions you can answer by using our Data Suite and the Analyst Workspace that can inform your understanding of learner engagement and traffic: 

 

  • What courses and content modes are users spending the most time on?  The least time on? 
  • Are learners spending time reviewing lesson content or are they primarily spending time using practice questions? 
  • Where is user traffic within your program coming from? 
  • What pages have the most traffic? The least? 
  • How long are users spending in sessions when they are taking tests or working on practice questions? 
  • What courses or sections of courses do learners visit most often? 

 

Answering these and other related questions using data can help you understand how learners are using your products and how to optimize your courses for ease of use within the platform, better navigation, and improved engagement.
