BenchPrep offers multiple system-generated emails to ensure learners and administrators receive appropriate notifications.
Here is a list of available (both required and optional) emails BenchPrep provides that can be generated, and in some cases modified, to suit your company’s messaging needs.

The dynamic field table below displays fields that can be pulled directly from BenchPrep’s database to make the emails relevant, specific and personable.

In most cases, dynamic fields used within a specific email’s default copy pertain to that email only. Those fields might not be available for use in other emails. If you would like to include a dynamic field from the above list in a particular email that currently doesn’t include it, please let support know.
