1. Intro to System Generated Emails

BenchPrep includes a set of system-generated emails that help keep learners and administrators informed with timely and important notifications. These emails are automatically triggered by specific actions within the platform, ensuring a smooth and consistent user experience.
During implementation, our team will work with you to configure your system emails, including default copy review. While many emails can be customized to match your organization’s messaging, please note that some emails are required by the platform and cannot be disabled. Some emails are activated if a corresponding feature access is on. feature access.

 

Required System Emails

There are two system-generated emails that are required for all BenchPrep implementations:

 

Confirmation of Course Access
Trigger: Sent to a learner after they activate their account or receive course access.


Reset Password
Trigger: Sent to a learner after they request a reset via the “Forgot password?” link.
