| Rating | Course rating on a scale of 1-5 (5 being the highest) |
| Title | Course review title (if included) |
| Review | Course review (if included) |
| Date submitted | Date the user submitted the rating/review |
| User SIS ID | Student Identification System ID (if applicable) |
| User UUID | Universally Unique ID of User (if applicable) |
