Please review the description of each value field in the User Account Data Report:
| Field Name | Description |
| User ID | BenchPrep ID of user |
| User Name | Display name of user |
| User Email | Email address of user |
| User Roles | Roles the user has (instructor, student, institution supervisor, etc.) |
| Account activation date | Date account was activated |
| Last login date | Date of the user’s most recent login |
| Last activity date | Date of the user’s most recent activity within a course (answering a question, marking a Confidence Level, etc.) |
| Number of enrollments | Number of courses the user has access to |
| Course enrollment(s) | The names of the courses the user has access to |
| Average time spent on activities | Average amount of time the user spends doing activities each session |
| Number of total sessions | Number of separate sessions |
| Number of sessions on web | Number of sessions on a computer |
| Number of sessions on tablet | Number of sessons on a tablet |
| Number of sessions on mobile | Number of sessions on a mobile device |
| Group memberships | Names of groups the user is part of (if applicable) |
| Institution ID | ID of the Institution the user is part of (if applicable) |
| Institution Name | Name of the Institution the user is part of (if applicable) |
| District ID | ID of the District the user is part of (if applicable) |
| District Name | Name of the District the user is part of (if applicable) |

| Study Plan progress % | Percentage of the Study Plan the user has completed |
| Number of sessions | Number of unique sessions the user has spent in the platform |
| Average time spent on activities per session | Average amount of time the user spends doing activities each session (in seconds) |
| Total time spent on activities | Total time the user has spent doing activities across all sessions (in seconds) |
| Number of total activities | Total number of activities completed (Confidence Levels marked, questions answered, etc.) |
| Number of lesson activities | Total number of activities completed on lessons |
| Number of flashcard activities | Total number of activities completed on flashcards |
| Number of practice question answers | Total number of answers completed on practice questions |
