Our Admin Support Center is the place to go for troubleshooting any issues you have.

 

Browse our Knowledge Base to learn about our platform and take advantage of all its features. We update the Knowledge Base whenever the product changes; so if you see a new feature, we've got it covered here.

 

Use our Ticketing System to reach our support team. Review Ticket Categories and Associated Response Times article to learn about our ticket prioritization. Check out helpful ticket submission tips found here to help with troubleshooting efforts.  Lastly, you can also review all your old tickets for any further troubleshooting. 

 

Our dedicated support team is available weekdays 9am - 5pm CST and on-call 24/7 for Priority 1 and 2 issues.
