The timestamps shown in the Session Detail Reports section are in Coordinated Universal Time, or UTC. To understand exactly when your users are active in the platform, convert the UTC timestamp to your timezone. 

 

Here are how some common time zones relate to UTC: 

 

  • New York City, USA during Daylight Savings TIme: 4 hours behind UTC (UTC-4) 
  • New York City, USA outside of Daylight Savings Time: 5 hours behind UTC (UTC-5)
  • Chicago, USA during Daylight Savings Time: 5 hours behind UTC (UTC-5) 
  • Chicago, USA outside of Daylight Savings Time: 6 hours behind UTC (UTC-6) 
  • Los Angeles, USA during Daylight Savings Time: 7 hours behind UTC (UTC-7) 
  • Los Angeles, USA outside of Daylight Savings Time: 8 hours behind UTC (UTC-8)
  • Beijing, China: 8 hours ahead of UTC (UTC+8)
  • Mumbai, India: 5.5 hours ahead of UTC (UTC+5:30)
  • London, UK during Daylight Savings Time: 1 hour ahead of UTC (UTC+1) 
  • London, UK outside of Daylight Savings Time: Even with UTC (UTC+0) 
  • Berlin, Germany during Daylight Savings Time: 2 hours ahead of UTC (UTC+2)
