Introduction to Session Detail Reports

The Session Detail Reports section reports every time a student accesses the platform, which course they open, and for how long. If your B2B clients need to track the total time spent by users within a certain timeframe, or need to ensure that their users access certain courses and spend time in the platform, this feature may meet their needs. 

 

The Analytics section of the Boost Dashboard provides the total time spent by each student in the platform, as well as in each of their courses. Session detail reports, however, tell you exactly how many times a student has accessed their course(s), and how long each of those sessions lasted. This section also provides updates in real time.

 

To enable session detail reports, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
