Finding User Feedback / Content Errors in BluePrint

If users have left feedback / reported content errors in your course, you can view those entries in BluePrint.

 

Select User Feedback in the left hand navigation menu. This will pull up the list of feedback left throughout the entire course.

 

You can use the Filter icon above to limit your results to a particular content type (e.g., lessons) or a particular piece of content, (e.g., Lesson #565243).

 

 

To look at a particular piece of feedback, click the ID # in the row of the entry you wish to view.
