Math Not Appearing as Intended

If you’re experiencing issues with Math showing up in your course, it is most likely due to an outdated or cached browser.

We recommend clearing your browser’s cookies and cache first. We also suggest you use supported browsers Chrome or Firefox for the best experience. Firefox has the most updated MathML reader.

By default, your MathML has fallback images that are generated based on the MathML code. Basically, if the code is failing to parse and present itself correctly to your users, our server will swap that code with a machine-generated image of your math formula. The font would look different, but the formula would be accurate.

If you’re still having issues, there might be something wrong with your MathML. Try editing your MathML using our guide. And if that doesn’t work, contact BenchPrep for support.
