1. In the Tenant Administration, find the user you'd like to edit and click into their profile
2. On their profile page, go to the Contract section below their main account information. An Extend link will be available on the right-hand side if the contract has not yet expired. Click on this link to continue
3. On the next page, click on the date shown in the text field. This will pull up a calendar from which you can pick a new expiration date for the user's contract
4. Click on the Save button to finalize the extension. The contract should appear as active on the user's profile now
