- Can I delete a past event?
No, after an event has started, it cannot be deleted. If you need a past event removed, please reach out to our Support team here.
- Can I add more than one recognition to a Learning Hub event?
No, Learning Hub Events can only have one recognition. The recognition can award a Credly badge, credit hours, or both to learners.
- I accidentally awarded a recognition to a learner that should not have been awarded one. Can I revoke their recognition?
Once a recognition has been awarded, it cannot be revoked. Please reach out to our Support team here for further assistance.
- Can I still use Live Classes in the legacy application (Tenant Dashboard)? Will these classes also be reflected in Console?
Yes, live classes will still be available, and any classes created in Tenant Dashboard will also appear within the In-Course Events section in Console. The live classes can also be configured from Console.
- Can I add a recognition to an in-course event?
Recognitions cannot be added to in-course events, only Learning Hub events. However, you can still use recognitions for your course, such as awarding them when a learner gets a certain score on a test or completes a specific percentage of your course. - What streaming platforms are supported for events?
You can utilize any video conference platform for your events. All you will need is a good link for your event’s streaming URL that learners will be directed to.
