1. Intro to Dynamic Exams

BenchPrep’s Dynamic Exam functionality allows you to offer a unique exam experience to learners by providing a different set of questions with each exam attempt.

Engaging in a differentiated exam enhances learners' overall experience while mitigating risks associated with sharing or comparing answers with others. This results in a more accurate view of the learners' overall performance.

The setup process involves assigning each question a specific question family - a grouping,  the question belongs to and identifying how many questions from each family should appear in an exam.

Dynamic Experience flow:

In the diagram above, questions have been placed in their respective families (Question Family - A and Question Family - B)

Applying dynamic exam functionality ensures that each exam attempt (whether an exam is taken by 3 different learners, or the same user taking an exam 3 times by resetting) will have different questions presented.
