Resource options include:

  • Student Resources - course specific resources accessible via Webapp
  • Instructor Resources - accessible via Boost Dashboard. Click here to learn how to access Instructor resources.
  • Resources - free standing/not course specific, uploaded via BluePrint and accessible via Learning Hub. To learn more about Learning Hub's Resource management check out this article.

File types that can be an instructor or student resource include:

  • PDF (.pdf)

  • Excel spreadsheet (.xlsx)

  • PowerPoint presentation (.ppt or .pptx)

  • Image (.jpeg, .jpg, or .png)

  • Video (.mp4)

  • Downloadable content (.dlc)

  • Zipped (.zip)

Note: Tenant admins can enable the Instructor and Student Resources page platform-wide or for specific courses and institutions via the Manage Features section of the Tenant Dashboard (turn the “Enable resources page for students and instructors” feature ON).

Accessing Student Resources

Learners can access student resources by opening their course in the learning application.

  1. Access a course in WebApp, and select the Resources tab on the left-hand side. (Note: If the course doesn’t have any resources available, this tab will not appear.)

  1. From here, learners can see a list of resources for this course.

  1. Select the Filter button to filter resources by file name or extension.

  1. Select Download next to the resource you’d like to view.

Uploading Instructor or Student Resources

To upload resources to a course, please submit a support ticket including the course name, course ID, and the following 2 files:

  1. CSV file of the resources with the following column headers:

    3. File Type - The file type of the resource (pdf, mp4, xlsx, etc.)
