Sometimes, the Learning Platform URL you click from the Course Properties page won’t lead you to that course in Learning Platform. This could be a result of a few issues:
- You haven’t built your course yet. How do I push upgrades to my course to the end users (ie build a course)?
- You haven’t given your account access to the course yet. What are the different roles in BluePrint access?
- Your company is using a masked domain, so the automatically generated one in BluePrint does not work.
