Why can't I access my course from BluePrint?

Sometimes, the Learning Platform URL you click from the Course Properties page won’t lead you to that course in Learning Platform. This could be a result of a few issues:


  1. You haven’t built your course yet. How do I push upgrades to my course to the end users (ie build a course)?
  2. You haven’t given your account access to the course yet. What are the different roles in BluePrint access?
  3. Your company is using a masked domain, so the automatically generated one in BluePrint does not work.
