How do I sync the mobile site and the web app?

Our offices will be closed on Friday, July 3rd in observance of Independence Day. We will continue to monitor and handle critical support items, but responses to most tickets and inquiries will likely be delayed.

Tell the user that this isn’t necessary! If the user is using both simultaneously or switching between them, just have them refresh BenchPrep Ascend ™ or refresh the mobile site to reflect the most recent progress.
